Can I track my package?

Yes all of our orders are shipped with tracking information.  An email will arrive when your order ships with your package’s tracking information. Please ensure that you check your SPAM account as sometimes they will go there.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes we provide insurance on all of our shipments.

 

Is there duty or customs on my order?

Customers in Swedish will not have to pay any duty on their order.  International customers are responsible for any duty/customs/VAT charges inured.  If you unsure if you will have any additional import charges I suggest you check with your local postal outlet.
